As a director, Robert Neill has made single documentaries and series telling sensitive, powerful and remarkable stories which explore wider themes and issues. In doing so, his work has received recognition both critically and in award nominations, as well as through positive audience reaction and viewing figures.
As a producer and series producer, he has brought to screen significant stories of scale in compelling and imaginative ways, while often working closely with high profile talent and contributors. In this role he has gained credits and experience working with networks on both sides of the Atlantic, streamers, and in cinematic documentary features.
